Dan's other shoulder

Following the seizure that Dan had at home the end of Nov. he c/o quite a bit of pain in his RIGHT shoulder (left was the original injury). He had an MRI done recently and found that the right shoulder was just as badly injured as the left.

Newest issue in Dan's recovery

Dan is now dealing with side effects of the Keppra. He has been unable to sleep more than 4 hours a night for the past 5-6 nights and could not sleep at all 2 nights because of muscle spasms in his legs and then his arms as well. We have been in touch with the neurologist and are decreasing the dose. It is horrible to think about how much impact this injury has had on our lives--obviously and especially on Dan's!
